The R3 Event Standard

Promises you can hold us to.

Grassroots football deserves better than vague assurances. Every R3 event runs to a written, measurable standard, published before entries open and reviewed after the final whistle.

  • Fixtures 14 days ahead

Groups, kick-off times, venue details and joining information published at least two weeks before every event. No week-of chaos.

  • Minimum match guarantee

Every team plays a guaranteed minimum number of matches. The number is published before entries open and honoured on the day.

  • Maximum planned gap

A published cap on the longest wait between any team's matches. Schedules are built around the cap, not retrofitted to it.

  • Results within 48 hours

Progression and R² qualification confirmed in writing within two days of the final whistle, no chasing, no ambiguity.

  • Qualified officials

Referees appropriate to the age group on every pitch, with safeguarding-compliant event staffing throughout.

  • One point of contact

A named event lead and clear communication before, during and after the day. Questions answered, not ignored.

Accountability

Published. Delivered. Reviewed.

  • Published before

The standard for each event, formats, guarantees, fees, is published in writing before entries open.

  • Delivered on the day

Events run to the published schedule. If something slips, clubs hear it from us first, with a revised plan.

  • Reviewed after

Every event is measured against its promises, and entered clubs get a short post-event report. The standard only survives if it's accountable.
