What we collect

When you register club interest we collect the details you provide: your club or team name, your name, email address, region, the age groups you're interested in and how many teams you might enter. We also record how you arrived at the site (for example a link from social media) so we can see which outreach works.

If you choose to complete the optional follow-up survey, we also store those answers: travel limits, preferred months and days, fair entry-fee range, event duration, provision needs and your feedback about tournaments.

We collect nothing else, and no payment is taken at this stage, entry fees will be payable securely online when entries open.

How we use it

• To plan the R3 2027 competition, region by region.
• To contact you about the competition you registered interest in.
• To send occasional news emails only if you separately opted in.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We never sell your data, never publish individual club details, and never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage and security

Registrations are stored in a secured database. Submissions are write-only from the public website, nobody can read other clubs' details through the site. Access is limited to the R3 organisers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your registration at any time, and withdraw consent with immediate effect. Email hello@r3football.co.uk and we'll action it. If the competition does not proceed, registration data will be deleted rather than retained.
