Our commitment

Safeguarding commitment

Last updated: August 2026. A full safeguarding framework, aligned to FA policy and County FA sanctioning requirements, will be published before the first event.

Players first, always

R3 Football is built around the safety, enjoyment and development of young players. No R3 event will operate without appropriate safeguarding in place, and the competition will run subject to County FA sanctioning.

The standards we commit to

  • Qualified, DBS-checked officials at every event.
  • A designated welfare lead and first-aid cover on site.
  • A safeguarding brief issued to every entering club before the event.
  • A clear code of conduct for adults, coaches and spectators.
  • Consent-based photography and media only.
  • Clear reporting routes for any concern, taken seriously and acted on.

Raise a concern

Questions or concerns about safeguarding at R3 can be raised at hello@r3football.co.uk. Concerns about a child's immediate safety should always go to the police (999) or the NSPCC helpline (0808 800 5000).
